During a period of major organisational change, De Beers relaunched its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Council. With 20 diverse employees stepping up to lead, they needed clarity, confidence, and a strategy to influence the business.

80% of managers reported feeling prepared to speak to stakeholders, and the Council achieved an NPS of 60, clear signs of confidence, trust, and impact.
